Our Story
Before starting UFREIGHTER in Los Angeles, our founder Peter worked 20+years in the shipping industry in China. After he immigrated to the US, he found out that shippers in China were frequently frustrated while looking for the right trucking company in the US, which drove him to start business as an asset-based freight broker.
With the mission to find the right trucking services for the shippers outside and inside USA, UFREIGHTER was established to connect Shippers, Freight Forwarders with the trucking company inside USA, to provide cost-effective truck service to them including Drayage,FTL, intermodal. UFREIGHTER connects customers with shipping needs using carriers that have available capacity and services.
In addition to our own trucking fleet, we work with a trusted network of carriers covering all major U.S. ports and rail ramps, allowing us to deliver flexible and scalable solutions for drayage and inland transportation.
Our mission is to simplify port and rail drayage for our clients by providing reliable, transparent, and cost-effective trucking solutions. We serve as a trusted logistics partner, bridging the gap between importers, exporters, and carriers to ensure smooth, on-time cargo movement across the U.S.
